Free parking spots directly at our hotel!
We offer a parking spot at our locked garage or in the carport for € 3,00 per day. Please book your parking spot with your reservation.
Our hotel Anja is located directly in Kleinarl. Shopping possibilities are nearby e.g. Spar-Market which is reachable by foot. During winter you will find a lot of sport shops.Im Winter More shopping possibilities are in St. Johann im Pongau (ca. 15 km).
- Skilift: 100m (directly entrance in the Ski circuit Flachauwinkel-Kleinarl)
- Cross country slope: 100m

- Restaurants: within 500m various restaurants for gourmets

This means:
- You can cancel free of charge up to 3 months prior to arrival.
- Between 3 and 1 month prior to arrival the cancellation fee is 40% of the total price.
- Between 1 month and 1 week prior to arrival the cancellation fee is 70% of the total price.
- For cancellations less than 1 week prior to arrival we charge 90% of the total price.
We recommend a travel cancellation expenses insurance. For just 5% of the total price not only cancellation fees and curtailment of travel are covered but also delayed arrival, e.g. because of car breakdown, extension of vacation without fault on your part, and search and recovery expenses (incl. recovery by helicopter).
